A Date With Spring, A Meeting Of Hearts — Women's Day At Zhefang Group

In clear spring light, everything turns new again.

In a season that belongs to women, the "Spring Renewal, Blooming Grace" Women's Day event of Zhefang Group came to a successful close on 6 March! Colleagues gathered at the Lancheng Agricultural Practice Centre by Tongjian Lake and, between fruit picking, hands-on crafting and tea brewed around a stove, set aside the busy pace, embraced the outdoors and shared a warm, memorable spring day together.

Into the Fields - Picking Something Sweet

Morning sunlight fell gently as everyone assembled on time and set off by coach into the spring. The drive was short but full of laughter; the spring scenery outside the window mixed with the anticipation inside, setting the tone for the day ahead.

Following the scent of fruit, everyone walked into the strawberry field. Between green vines, plump red strawberries glowed, impossible to resist. With guidance from the farm staff, baskets in hand, everyone bent and moved along the rows, picking the freshest fruit themselves. Ripe fruit under the fingertips, a sweet fragrance in the air, sharing picking tips with colleagues one moment and capturing the moment the next - the field was full of laughter. By the rules of the day, each person took home 1 kg of fresh strawberries, and the sweet-tart taste of fruit picked and eaten on the spot became the most comforting flavour memory of the spring.

Tea Around the Stove, Talk Among Friends

Few things say spring quite like tea around a stove and easy conversation. After the hands-on session, everyone gathered round the fire - charcoal warm, tea steaming. The table was laid with delicate refreshments, and colleagues settled in for a long talk, from the everyday at work to the small joys of life, from the spring scenery to hopes for the year ahead.

Far from the noise of the city and wrapped in nature, warm tea loosened the spirit and honest conversation closed the distance between people. Over two unhurried hours, the pressure faded, bodies and minds properly relaxed, and amid tea and laughter the team quietly grew closer.

Good times are always short. At 4 p.m. everyone gathered on the lawn for a group photo that froze the journey in a single frame. With full baskets and lighter hearts, the coaches carried everyone home, bringing the day to a perfect close.

This Women's Day outing gave colleagues a chance to get close to nature and unwind from a demanding schedule, and it built a warm space to talk to one another - strengthening both cohesion and the sense of belonging. Going forward, Zhefang Group will keep to its belief in "bringing the team together, passing on care", creating more warmth and more pleasant surprises for every employee.
