Building Consensus, Moving Forward Together — HOLYA 2026 Q1 Business Review Meeting
To fully review the results of the first quarter and set a clear direction for the stage ahead, HOLYA held its 2026 Q1 Business Review Meeting on the afternoon of 24 April, in the conference room on the 18th floor. The meeting was hosted by Yang Binbin, with all colleagues present. Guided by our philosophy and supported by data, the team looked back on what has been achieved and planned for what comes next.
Setting the Tone - Philosophy First
The meeting opened with all participants standing to recite selected passages from Living Philosophy («Huo Fa»), revisiting the company's vision, mission and values.
The recitation rang through the room, grounding the idea of "elevating the mind, expanding the business" in everyone present and laying a solid foundation of shared thinking and spirit for the review. Guided by "do good each day, and put others first", everyone settled into the meeting with focus and humility, and set off together on this journey of review and refinement.
A Full Review - Every Team, Five Dimensions
Each business segment and support department then reported in turn, reviewing the quarter comprehensively across five dimensions: performance data, team performance, work results, reflection on problems, and action plans.
The business teams - Japan knitwear, Europe & US, cotton knit, and e-commerce - went one by one through their core figures against the same period last year, including output per person and order conversion, analysing objectively where growth came from and where there is room to improve.
The support functions - the assistant team, sample specialists, inspection specialists, the documentation team and the yarn team - used detailed data to show how effectively they had worked, reflected candidly on their shortfalls, and set out a clear path for the next stage of improvement.
The meeting recognised what the first quarter had been fought for, while facing the problems and challenges squarely. Everyone exchanged views in a practical and honest spirit, so that the discussion truly ran on data, stayed oriented to problems, and ended in action.
This was more than a review of work - it was a meeting that aligned how we think and mobilised us around our goals. Going forward, HOLYA will stay true to its philosophical roots and to the values of "be an honest person, do the right thing". With one heart and both feet on the ground, and with fuller commitment and a more practical style of work, all colleagues will give everything to the next stage of targets and write the next chapter of the company's high-quality development together.
